  • 4 large bell peppers (any color)

  • 400g ground beef

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove seeds and membranes.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
  4. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Stir in diced tomatoes, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Remove from heat and mix in cooked rice.
  6. Stuff each bell pepper with the beef and rice mixture.
  7. Place stuffed peppers upright in a baking dish. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  8. Remove foil, sprinkle cheese on top (if using), and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese melts and peppers are tender.
