- 400g ground beef

- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove seeds and membranes.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned. Stir in diced tomatoes, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Remove from heat and mix in cooked rice.
- Stuff each bell pepper with the beef and rice mixture.
- Place stuffed peppers upright in a baking dish. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
